Common use of Right to Continue Clause in Contracts

Right to Continue. If the Partnership is dissolved pursuant to Section 10.1 (iv), above, or otherwise by law, the Parties agree to continue the Partnership Business in order to ensure uninterrupted service to the public until such time as a successor entity has been established to operate the system.
