Common use of Right to Contract Clause in Contracts

Right to Contract. As of the date this Master ▇▇▇▇ is recorded, the Developer intends to establish a Condominium Project consisting of seventy (70) Units on the land described in Article II hereof all as shown on the Condominium Subdivision Plan. Developer reserves the right, however, to establish a Condominium Project consisting of fewer Units and to withdraw from the project all or some portion(s) of the land described in Article II (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractible Area”).
