Common use of Right to Copy Clause in Contracts

Right to Copy. After the review and upon the employee’s request, the School District will provide the employee with a copy of the requested record. The School District may not charge a fee for the copy. With respect to employees who are separated from employment, upon the employee’s request, the School District will provide a copy of the personnel file to the employee. Providing a copy of the separated employee’s personnel file to the employee satisfies the School District’s responsibility to allow review as stated in Subd. 1. of this Section.
