Common use of Right to Eject Clause in Contracts

Right to Eject. Licensor may eject or cause to be ejected from the Crossing Area Licensee or any person acting under Licensee’s authority or direction (including Licensee’s Contractors, guests, tenants and invitees) who is engaging in conduct that is unlawful or unsafe, in Licensor’s sole discretion. Licensor shall not be liable to Licensee for any damages that may be sustained by Licensee or the ejected person through Licensor’s exercise of such right.
