Common use of Right to Exhibit Premises Clause in Contracts

Right to Exhibit Premises. ‌ The Landlord and its authorized agents and employees shall have the right to exhibit the Premises to prospective tenants at all reasonable hours during the last twelve (12) months of the Term. The Landlord and its authorized agents and employees shall also have the right to enter upon the Premises at all reasonable hours during the Term for the purpose of exhibiting the [●] Building or the Development to any prospective purchaser or mortgagee thereof.

Right to Exhibit Premises. ‌ The Landlord and its authorized agents and employees shall have the right to exhibit the Premises to prospective tenants at all reasonable hours during the last twelve (12) months of the Term. The Landlord and its authorized agents and employees shall also have the right upon reasonable prior notice to enter upon the Premises at all reasonable hours during the Term and with a representative of the Tenant in attendance for the purpose of exhibiting the [●] Building or the Development to any prospective purchaser or mortgagee thereof.
