Right to Exhibit Premises. Landlord is hereby given the right during usual business hours to enter the Premises and to exhibit the same for the purpose of sale or mortgage, and during the last six (6) months of the term of this Lease, or any extension thereof, to exhibit the same to any prospective Tenant.
