Common use of Right to File a Complaint Clause in Contracts

Right to File a Complaint. Any employee who considers that he or she has been subjected to workplace harassment as defined in the Company’s Workplace Anti-Harassment Policy and this section of the Collective Agreement is entitled to lodge a complaint. Complaints must be lodged through at least one member of the joint workplace anti-harassment committee.
