Right to File. The Medical Services Entity shall have the right, in accordance with Section 8.305.12 NMAC, to file with Corporation Grievances and Appeals on its own behalf and, upon a Member’s written designation of Medical Services Entity as the Member’s representative, on behalf of the Member.
