Common use of Right to File Clause in Contracts

Right to File. Any individual teacher, group of teachers, or the Association, believing that there has been a violation, misinterpretation, or misapplication of any provision of this Agreement, may file a grievance with the Board through its designated representative. The Board hereby designates as its representative for such purpose, the Building Principal in each school building and the Superintendent of Schools when the particular grievance arises in more than one school building or is directed against the principal.
