Right to Have a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or Local Representative Present. An Employee shall have the right to have a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or Local Representative present at any discussion with Supervisory Personnel, which the Employee believes might be on the basis of disciplinary action. Where a Supervisor intends to interview an Employee for disciplinary purposes the Supervisor shall notify the Employee, in advance, of the purpose of the interview in order that the Employee may contact a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or Local Representative to be present at the interview. No Employee is required to answer to the charges without a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or Local Representative present. An Employee, who waives his/her right to having a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or Local Representative, must sign a waiver to this affect. A ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or Local Representative shall have the right to consult with a CUPE National Representative and to have him/her present at any discussion with Supervisory Personnel, which might be the basis of discipline.

  • Right to Have Union Representative Present (a) An employee shall have the right to have her ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ present at any discussion with supervisory personnel which the employee believes might be the basis of disciplinary action.   • Designation of Representatives 9.2.1 TxDOT and DB Contractor shall each designate Authorized Representative(s) who shall be authorized to make decisions and bind the Parties on matters relating to the Contract Documents. Exhibit 19 hereto provides the initial Authorized Representative designations.
