Right to Information. 2.1 For the purpose of exercising the Entrusted Rights under this Agreement, the Trustees are entitled to know the information with regard to Target Company’s operation, business, clients, finance, staff, etc., and shall have access to relevant materials of Target Company. Target Company shall adequately cooperate with the Trustees in this regard.
