Common use of Right to Information Clause in Contracts

Right to Information. For the purpose of exercising the Entrusted Rights hereunder, the Agent is entitled to have access to the information including the Company’s operation, business, clients, finance, staff, etc. and access to relevant materials of the Company. The Company shall fully cooperate with the Agent in this regard.
