Common use of Right to Inspect Clause in Contracts

Right to Inspect. The Developer agrees that the City, with reasonable advance notice and during normal business hours, shall have the right and authority to review, inspect, audit, and copy, from time to time, all of the Developer's books and records relating to the Project as pertinent to the purposes of this Agreement.

Right to Inspect. The Developer agrees and the City each mutually agree that the Cityparties to this Agreement, with reasonable advance written notice (but not less than forty-eight (48) hours prior notice) and during normal business hours, shall have the right and authority to review, inspect, audit, and copy, from time to time, all of the Developer's ’s and City’s books and records relating to the Project Costs as pertinent to the purposes of this Agreement.
