Right to Modify Orders. Prior to delivery, Supplier reserves the right to make substitutions, modifications and improvements to the Disposable Baby Diapers, provided that such substitution, modification or improvement shall not diminish or materially affect the performance and quality of the Disposable Baby Diapers as they were originally demonstrated to and agreed upon by Customer and Supplier.
