Right to Organize. Teachers shall have the right to organize, join, and assist the Association and participate in professional negotiations with the Board. The Board shall not discriminate against any teacher with respect to hours, wages, terms, and conditions of employment for reasons of membership in the Association, participation in negotiations with the Board, or the institution of any grievance, complaint, or proceedings under this agreement.
