Right to Proceed. Anything in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, if any of the conditions specified in Article 6 hereof have not been satisfied, Buyer shall have the right to proceed with the transactions contemplated hereby without waiving its rights hereunder, and if any of the conditions specified in Article 7 hereof have not been satisfied, Seller shall have the right to proceed with the transactions contemplated hereby without waiving its rights hereunder.
