RIGHT TO PROSECUTE OR DEFEND. The Lessor shall have the right, but shall be under no duty, to prosecute or defend, in its own or the Lessee’s name, any actions or proceedings appropriate or necessary for the protection of the title to, possession of, or any other interest in the Leasehold.
