Common use of Right to Refuse Deposit Clause in Contracts

Right to Refuse Deposit. At our discretion, we reserve the right to refuse your deposit transaction for the following reasons (but not limited to) (i) restrictions have been placed on your account (see Limitation of services) (ii) the activity is deemed suspicious (iii) you or your delegate fails to provide acceptable identification (see ID section) (iv) you or your delegate refuses to provide additional information needed to complete the transaction. Additionally, we reserve the right to limit the amount that may be deposited, accept all or any part of a deposit for collection only, return all or any part of any deposit or close account(s) subject to applicable regulations. Note: Please refer to the Membership and Account Agreement for further information on “Right to Refuse Deposit”.
