Right to Register. The owner of a registered mark, of Mozambican nationality or having his domicile or place of business in Mozambique may, in accordance with the Madrid Agreement relating to the international registration of marks of 14 April 1891 as amended, secure the protection of his mark in States that have acceded or may accede to the said Agreement.
