Right to Remove Individuals. The State shall have the right at any time to require the Service Provider remove from interaction with State any Service Provider representative who the State believes is detrimental to its working relationship with the Service Provider. The State shall provide the Service Provider with notice of its determination, and the reasons it requests the removal. The Service Provider shall not assign the person to any aspect of the Contract or future work orders without the State’s consent.
