RIGHT TO REPLACEMENT HOURS CUT INVOLUNTARILY. HCAs whose client assignment is reduced involuntarily, through no fault of their own, shall be assigned replacement client hours before the Employer assigns additional hours to other HCAs who may be seeking to increase their client schedule.
