Right to Representation at Meetings Concerning a Complaint. If an employee being questioned in any investigation concerning any complaint comes to feel that the questioning or investigation might lead to an adverse personnel action against that employee, that employee may request to be represented at that time by a representative of the Association or other representative of the employee’s choice. At the time the employee makes his/her request for representation, the questioning of that employee shall stop until an appropriate representative is present; the meeting will be re- scheduled to occur within the next 48 hours. "Adverse personnel action" is defined as any action taken by a supervisor or administrator which may adversely affect the present or future employment or the conditions of employment of that employee.

  • Rights of Teachers to Representation No reprisals of any kind shall be taken by the Superintendent or by any member or representatives of the administration or the Board against any aggrieved person, any party in interest, any member of the Association or any other participant in the grievance procedure by reason of such participation.

  • Right to Representation Upon request, an employee will have the right to representation at all levels on any matter adversely affecting the employee’s conditions of employment. The exercise of this right shall not unreasonably delay or postpone a meeting.   • Rights of Employees to Representation Every employee covered by this Agreement shall have the right to present grievances in accordance with these procedures. Any aggrieved person may be represented at all formal and informal stages of the grievance procedures by himself or by the employee and a representative from the Association. If any employee files any claim or complaint other than under the grievance procedure of this Agreement, then the school district shall not be required to process the same claimed set of facts through the grievance procedures. All meetings and hearing under this procedure shall be conducted in private and shall include only witnesses, the parties of interest, and their designated or selected representatives heretofore referred to in this Article.

  • Disclosure to Representatives A Party may disclose the other Party’s Confidential Information to those of its Representatives who need to know such Confidential Information for the Permitted Purpose, provided that it informs such Representatives of the confidential nature of the Confidential Information prior to disclosure, and at all times it is responsible for such Representatives’ compliance with the confidentiality obligations set out in this ARTICLE 15.
