Common use of Right to Rescind or Revoke Clause in Contracts

Right to Rescind or Revoke. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ understands that he has the right to rescind or revoke this Agreement and the First Release for any reason within fifteen (15) calendar days after he signs them. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ understands that this Agreement and the First Release will not become effective or enforceable unless and until ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has not rescinded them and the applicable rescission period has expired. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ understands that if he rescinds or revokes this Agreement or the First Release, the rescission must be in writing and hand-delivered or mailed to the Company in the manner set forth in the First Release.
