Right to restrict Water. takes (a) require the building of a buffer pond; (b) require covenants that if the race or canal is piped for any infrastructure used for that direct take to be changed at the cost of the shareholder; (c) require electronic metering for that take; (d) impose such other terms, conditions and requirements as the Board considers are appropriate.
