Common use of Right to Retain, Delete or Suspend Access Clause in Contracts

Right to Retain, Delete or Suspend Access. You agree that You will not rely on the Services for backup or storage of Your Content. CDS may retain Your Content even if You are no longer using the Services but is not required to provide copies of Your Content to You. CDS may permanently delete or erase Your Content or suspend Your access to Your Content through the Services at any time and for any reason.
