Right to Return from Leave. 1. A bargaining unit member who has elected not to take additional leave pursuant to Section 7.09(A) above, shall return to work as soon as the period of actual physical disability has ended. The member will notify the Superintendent, in writing, of the date of her expected return as far in advance as possible. 2. A member who uses an additional unpaid leave for child care pursuant to Section 7.09(A) above, shall return on the date specified in the notice of intent to use the unpaid leave.
