Common use of Right to Review Documents Clause in Contracts

Right to Review Documents. Where an action is proposed under this Article, the employee or his or her representative will be provided, upon written request, with a copy of those portions of written documents which contain information and evidence on which the action is based. The Employer will also supply the employee or his or her representative, upon written request, with a copy of those portions of written documents favorable to the employee which are directly related to the specific instances on which the unacceptable performance is based.
