Right to Review/Frequency Clause Samples

The Right to Review/Frequency clause establishes a party's entitlement to periodically examine or assess certain documents, records, or processes relevant to the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies how often such reviews can occur—such as annually, quarterly, or upon request—and may outline procedures for requesting access or conducting the review. Its core practical function is to ensure transparency and accountability between the parties by providing regular opportunities to verify compliance or performance, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or undisclosed issues.
