RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTION. Despite anything to the contrary in this arbitration provision, either party may bring court proceedings to seek an injunction or other equitable relief to enforce any right or obligation under this Agreement. To obtain injunctive or other equitable relief, neither party is required to post a bond, but if required by law or by the court, both parties consent to a bond in the lowest amount permitted by law.
