Right to Specific Performance. The parties agree that irreparable damage would occur in the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement were not performed in accordance with their specific terms or were otherwise breached and that there is no adequate remedy at law for the damage which any of them might sustain for the failure of the others to perform their obligations under this Agreement, and, accordingly, that each of them is entitled to the remedy of specific performance to enforce such performance.
