Right to Suspend Performance. If Licensee fails to make a payment to Licensor, or Reseller, or otherwise breaches the terms of this Agreement, Licensor may, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Licensor, suspend performance (e.g., delivery of Software, License Files, services), and / or suspend Licensee’s license as to the Licensed Materials. In addition, Licensor may do the same if Licensor has reasonable grounds for insecurity concerning Licensee’s performance under this Agreement.
