Common use of Right to Suspend Services Clause in Contracts

Right to Suspend Services. CrowdSense may suspend Customer’s use of the Services if CrowdSense reasonably and in good faith believes such suspension is necessary to prevent unauthorized use of the Services or to prevent an ongoing violation of any applicable laws or regulations. CrowdSense will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Customer prior to any such suspension. Customer and its Authorized Users will use commercially reasonable efforts to cure any breach immediately upon notice. CrowdSense will only suspend the Services to the extent necessary to prevent such unauthorized use or violation.
