Common use of Right to Terminate Access Clause in Contracts

Right to Terminate Access. In the event (i) you violate any terms of this Agreement, (ii) there are unauthorized or fraudulent transactions related to your enrolled deposit account or use of the Service, or (iii) we incur problems with your use of the Service, you agree that we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time. We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice to you or other Service participants, suspend or terminate: • the Service, • your ability to send or receive funds through the Service, • your ability to send funds through the Service, while continuing to permit you to receive funds through the Service, • your ability to request funds from another User, or • your ability to receive requests for funds from another User.
