Right to Terminate Automatic Termination. During the Employment Term, Executive’s employment may terminate for any of the reasons set out in paragraphs (a) through (e) hereof.
Right to Terminate Automatic Termination. Each of the following events shall be considered an "Event of Termination":
Right to Terminate Automatic Termination. (a) TERMINATION WITHOUT CAUSE OR FOR GOOD REASON ABSENT A CHANGE OF CONTROL. Subject to Section 3.2, the Company may terminate Employee's employment, and all of the Company's obligations under this Agreement at any time and for any reason, provided that in no event shall a termination for Cause under Section 3.1(b) be regarded as a termination under this Section 3.1(a), and further provided that in no event shall a termination for death or Disability under Section 3.1(c) be regarded as a termination under this Section 3.1(a). Except as otherwise provided in this Section 3.1(a) in the case of a termination for "Good Reason" as defined in this Section 3.1(a), in no event shall a termination by Employee be regarded as a termination under this Section 3.1(a). For purposes of this Agreement absent a Change of Control as provided in Article IV below, Good Reason shall mean Employee's resignation from the Company's employment on account of any material breach of this Agreement by the Company, including:

  • Right to Terminate Either Party may unilaterally terminate this Annex by providing thirty (30) calendar days written notice to the other Party.

  • Right to Terminate Following Termination Event Sections 6(b)(ii)-(iv) are deleted in their entirety and replaced by the following:

  • Right to Terminate Employment No provision of this Agreement shall limit in any way whatsoever any right that the Company or a Subsidiary may otherwise have to terminate the employment of the Grantee at any time. Nothing herein shall be deemed to create a contract or a right to employment with respect to the Grantee.
