Common use of RIGHT TO USE NAME Clause in Contracts

RIGHT TO USE NAME. The Advisor warrants that the Funds' name is not deceptive or misleading and that the Advisor has rights to any distinctive name used by the Funds. The Fund acknowledges that its use of any distinctive name is derivative of its relationship with the Advisor. The Fund may use the names "Provident Investment Counsel", "Provident", "PIC" or any name derived from or using such names only for so long as this Agreement or any extension, renewal or amendment hereof remains in effect. Within sixty (60) days from such time as this Agreement shall no longer be in effect, the Funds shall cease to use such a name or any other name connected with the Advisor.

Within sixty (60) days from such time as this Agreement shall no longer be in effect, the Funds shall cease to use such a name or any other name connected with the Advisor.
