Common use of Right to verify compliance Clause in Contracts

Right to verify compliance. You are required to keep records (including proof of purchase) relating to the software you use under the agreement, including these Terms. Continia has the right to verify compliance with the agreement, including these Terms, at Continia’s expense. You agree to provide reasonable cooperation in the event of a compliance audit, including by allowing Continia, on request, to access the usage report as a tool in conducting the audit.
