Common use of Right to Void Request Clause in Contracts

Right to Void Request. The Authority reserves the right to void the request of an airline if it files such request in bad faith or without the intention to conduct the requested Scheduled Operation. Before taking such action, the Authority will provide an opportunity to the airline to prove the request was made in good faith and is proper.
