Common use of Right to Waive Clause in Contracts

Right to Waive. The CITY may, for good and sufficient cause, as determined by the CITY in its sole and absolute discretion, waive provisions in this agreement or seek to obtain such waiver from the appropriate authority. Waiver requests from the SUBRECIPIENT shall be in writing. Any waiver shall not be construed to be a modification of this agreement.
