Right to Withhold Performance. We shall not be obli- gated to perform under the DSMA if such performance is pre- vented by any impediments arising out of national or interna- tional foreign trade or customs requirements or any embar- goes or other sanctions. You further acknowledge that Sie- mens may be obliged under Export and Sanctions Laws appli- cable to Siemens to limit or suspend access by you and/or Users to the Services.
