Rights additional. The charge created in Clause 16.1 (Charge) shall be in addition to and shall not affect or be affected by any other security, guarantee or indemnity which the Company may now or in the future hold or take in respect of the Liabilities and may be enforced by the Company without prior recourse to any such other security, guarantee or indemnity.
