Rights and Activities. The Employer further agrees to provide new employees with copies of the Agreement and the names of the stewards. Stewards will be advised of the names of the new employees hired and shall be given a fifteen minute period to talk to new employees during the orientation period. There shall be no deduction of wages and benefits because of time spent by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ during these sessions.
