Rights and Obligations of Shareholders. 7.1 From the date of signing the Agreement, Party A will no longer have the rights of a shareholder to the target company and will no longer perform the obligations of a shareholder. 7.2 From the date of signing the agreement, Party B shall be entitled to the rights and obligations of the shareholders of the target company.
