  • Rights and Obligations of the Parties 5.2.1. The client is obliged to: 5.2.1.1.   • RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF NWESD The NWESD Board of Directors and Superintendent agree to provide educational services pursuant to requirements of the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI).
