Common use of Rights and Obligations of the Participant Clause in Contracts

Rights and Obligations of the Participant. The Participant undertakes to: to conduct the study visit in accordance with this Agreement and the study visit plan attached to the Agreement; to follow the instructions of the Visiting Unit; to comply with the provisions of law, including internal legal acts of the Visiting Unit, in connection with the performance of the subject of this agreement; to keep confidential any sensitive information of the Visiting Unit to which the Participant has access during the study visit, the disclosure of which could expose the Visiting Unit to loss, and which has been designated as confidential by the Visiting Unit; promptly inform the Sending Unit and the Visiting Unit of any facts that may affect the implementation of the agreement.
