Common use of Rights and Privileges Clause in Contracts

Rights and Privileges. To the extent provided under the Mesa Contract, the City shall be afforded all of the rights and privileges afforded to Mesa and shall be the “City” (as defined in the Mesa Contract) for the purposes of the portions of the Mesa Contract that are incorporated herein by reference.
