Rights and Remedies of the Lender. 15.1 On the happening of any of the Events of Default, the Lender may, by a notice in writing to the Borrower and without prejudice to the rights and remedies available to the Lender under this Agreement or otherwise: i) call upon the Borrower to pay all the Outstanding Dues in respect of the Facility and otherwise; and
