Rights and Responsibilities of Program Participants. All participants will have the right to opt out of the program at any time without charge. They may exercise that right by any of the following: 1) calling the Competitive Supplier’s tollXfree number; 2) contacting National Grid and asking to be returned to basic service; 3) returning the optXout reply card; or
