Rights in Data Sample Clauses

The 'Rights in Data' clause defines the ownership, usage, and access rights to data created, used, or exchanged under an agreement. It typically specifies whether data generated during a project belongs to the client, the contractor, or is shared, and may outline permissions for copying, modifying, or distributing such data. This clause ensures all parties understand their rights and obligations regarding data, thereby preventing disputes over data ownership and use.
