RIGHTS OF AFAC AGAINST THIRD PARTIES. There may be countries in which AFAC may have, as a consequence of this Agreement, rights against infringers of the Lucent-GRL Patents sublicensed hereunder. AFAC hereby waives any such right it may have by reason of any third party's infringement or alleged infringement of any such patents.
