RIGHTS OF BARGAINING UNIT MEMBERS. Section 1. All rights and privileges affecting wages and benefits enjoyed by the Bargaining Unit members at the present time, which are not included in this Agreement, shall remain in full force, unchanged and unaffected in any manner, during the term of this Agreement unless changed by mutual consent. Section 2. The Employer agrees to furnish the FOP/OLC with a written notice of the Employer’s changes in Police Department rules, regulations or policies and procedures that would affect the working conditions of the Bargaining Unit members or equipment. Section 3. The employer shall not attempt to erode the Bargaining Unit, the rights of Bargaining Unit members, or adversely affect the safety of the Bargaining Unit members.
